Service Description

EnforceLayer provides DNS-based email authentication scanning, fix plans, and monitoring services. We verify authentication correctness but do not guarantee inbox placement or email delivery rates.

Acceptable Use

You may scan domains you own or have authorization to scan. You may not use our service to scan domains without permission or for malicious purposes.

Payment Terms

Fix Plan: One-time payment of $99. Non-refundable after report delivery.

Monitoring: $29/month per domain. Cancel anytime. Billing handled by Stripe.

Disclaimers

Our service verifies email authentication configuration. We do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery rates, or sender reputation improvements. Email deliverability depends on multiple factors including content, reputation, and recipient engagement.

Limitation of Liability

EnforceLayer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our service or implementation of our recommendations.
